Luxury Family Hotels

From October 2022 - April 2024, I supported Luxury Family Hotels with a complete marketing overhaul. Working with the brand agency DNCO, we refined the brand and set about re-establishing its place in the market. Highlights included re-launching Fowey Hall following a landmark refurbishment and expansion, launching a brand new website, introducing a monthly newsletter and partnerships with Yoto and Bugaboo as part of a ‘Little Things’ campaign. This campaign was shortlisted for the 2024 Cateys’ Marketing Campaign of the Year.
